In a world that often moves too fast, unprocessed grief, trauma, or overwhelming emotions can leave us feeling stuck and misunderstood. I work with individuals navigating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and complex life transitions—those who have faced losses, both recent and long past, that may still feel all too vivid. My practice is rooted in the understanding that healing isn’t about forgetting or ignoring but about acknowledging and working through these experiences with compassion and support. With a specialty in mental health, PTSD, and trauma, I use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.
My advanced training in EMDR and Complex Trauma, integrating Structural Dissociation, Attachment Theory, allows me to address the deep-seated roots of trauma. Our work together draws from strategies from EMDR, CBT, DBT, and IFS, providing a flexible and thorough approach tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t need to have it all together. Here, you’re met exactly where you are, without expectation or judgment. In our time together, we’ll work to uncover the patterns that have emerged in response to trauma, understand their origins, and begin reshaping them toward your goals.
