Hi, I'm Sarah and I offer professional counseling services that can help. Are your worries affecting your ability to engage fully and enjoy life? Are you feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope? My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, respect and integrity.
If you or your family are being affected by anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, depression, addiction or relational issues I have experience and counseling can make a difference. I adapt approaches to the unique needs of each client and draw from evidence based practices within cognitive behavioral therapy, neurobiology, systems theory, mindfulness and attachment theory.
