I might shine a flashlight on things you haven’t looked at, but the direction and pace are up to you. My priority is to make you feel seen, accepted, and less alone.
I might ask you to go deep into difficult emotions and to focus on the body as well as the mind. I might add a perspective or identify patterns you haven’t considered, and I might challenge what isn’t working for you anymore. But at the end of the day, I will see the good in you and help you nurture the inner resources you have to create the future you want.
