Using a strengths-based lens, I support teens, their families, and adults who are struggling understand their existing abilities and reveal their identity, values, and purpose. Throughout my five years of working in mental health and addictions, I have walked alongside a variety of clients on their journey towards forming a meaningful, rich life. In addition, I offer psychoeducational assessments to children and teens ages 6 to 16, testing areas such as attention deficit disorder, giftedness, and learning disabilities. You can trust that I will effectively guide the treatment process to work towards your personalized goals.
I tailor my practice to the specific needs of my clients, supporting their growth by using an integrative, trauma-informed, evidence-based approach. Guided primarily by mindfulness and values work, I empower clients with tools such as emotional regulation, coping skills, and other strategies to reframe their perspective and move towards a meaningful future.
I am known for my warmth, openness, genuine curiosity, and ability to connect with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. If you are looking to address your concerns within a safe, accepting space, or just want to chat about whether I could be a good fit for you, then look no further!
