Hello, I'm glad you're here. I specialize in working with the military/veteran/first responder community, as well as survivors and those impacted by human trafficking. I come to the therapy space with an empathetic understanding of the feeling of not feeling like yourself, or not feeling like you're where you want to be. I also appreciate the challenge of finding spaces that allow you to fully debrief and process life experiences that others in your life may not be able to fathom or understand.
What I come to the therapy relationship with is an understanding that I need to earn your trust and a desire to create a space for you that feels accepting, open and empathetic and a willingness to walk alongside you as you work through past and present challenges. I believe you are the expert in you and I use an individual approach to each client.
