I have specialized in mental health and trauma for the last 15 years. This includes CBT,DBT, Satir, expressive therapies and family therapy. I have worked extensively supporting the LGBTQ+ community over the last 10 years.
I feel honoured to work with people along all stages of their journey. In my experience supporting the entire family can translate into the most positive shifts for an individual.
