As a psychotherapist who is passionate about what I do, I recognize the common tendency people have to place their mental health on the back burner. As a practitioner, making mental health services a priority for all is both a personal and professional calling. Professionally, I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Psychology and am currently completing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I'm a bicultural, neurodivergent woman who's navigated the challenging waters of anxiety, depression, and managing ADHD symptoms.
In our sessions, I employ an integrative approach, drawing from various therapy models to tailor our work to your unique needs. This includes ADHD coaching, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy , Somatic techniques, Compassion and Mindfulness-Based practices, Narrative Therapy, Strengths-Based methodologies, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
