Specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse and adult conflict, I practice from a genuine, compassionate and culturally sensitive approach. My theoretical approaches are based on client needs and include trauma focused, client-centred, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy and non- judgmental forms of therapy tailored to help you.
