As the Clinical Director at Covey Wellness Centre, I collaborate with my amazing team of therapists who provide support for a wide variety of issues including stress, depression, anxiety, grief, caregiver fatigue, burnout, existential questions, parenting, career and work challenges, life transitions, and interpersonal/relationship concerns, among others. I have an ongoing passion to work with adults of all ages and couples who are seeking guidance to restore intimacy and learn healthy conflict resolution. We offer electronic counselling services to provide convenience and access to support for those seeking help across the miles.
My team and I offer client-centered modalities including (but not limited to) CBT and Family Systems approaches to treatment. I personally integrate individual narrative and existential strategies and Gottman-informed interventions in my couples work. We have the capacity to support those with a Christian-faith background, according to client preference.
We prioritize placing clients with a therapist who is a good fit in order to provide the best success in their treatment. In addition to therapy services, I provide clinical supervision to a group of practicing therapists. I am a sought-after speaker, podcast guest, and workshop facilitator in a variety of organizations, churches, and corporate settings.
