A former educator and mother of two I specialize in child and adolescent, post-partum and emotionally focused family counselling. With a focus on deep underlying emotions and the inner voice, I use talk, somatic exercises, mindfulness and art to help my clients heal through developing self-understanding, self-awareness and self-acceptance.
You are the expert in your life experiences. I will work with you to support you through empathy and non-judgement, skill building, and identifying and altering negative thought and behavior patterns while helping you to feel empowered and build self-esteem.
Life and relationships come with many challenges but you are not alone and your experience is always valid. I provide a nurturing space where you are safe, understood and supported.
