I offer a safe, non-judgemental, client centered therapeutic space for individuals and couples. I believe that a journey towards healing requires empathy, encouragement and supportive facilitation as we often haven't had the opportunity to learn ways to cope with traumatic experiences and life related stressors. This can result in dysregulation and feelings of anxiety, depression and overwhelm in our day to day lives and relationships. I am a caring and compassionate therapist with over 15 years' experience in the areas of trauma, violence/abuse, relationship issues and complex mental health concerns. I focus on the integration of trauma-informed theory and practice modalities including attachment and systems theories as well as EFT, narrative, and somatic psychotherapies.
I believe strongly in our ability to grow and heal from our past experiences. No two journeys are alike and I take an individualized approach to each unique client or couple based on your specific needs and identity.
