As a clinician, I would like to help you discover your truth and support you as you take steps towards your chosen valued direction. Those who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions and family conflict are the primary focus of my practice.
I have a MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). My current practice focuses on IFS, DDP and ACT informed areas of practice.
Primarily, I hope to create a safe space for you to share your experiences and develop skills and knowledge to help you navigate your world. I know life has challenges which seem impossible to overcome and it can seem overwhelming at times, the hope is we can walk along your path together.
