If you see me for therapy I think you will find me warm and patient. I am very interested in understanding what brings you to therapy and what changes you would like to make. I see clients from different ages, genders and employment situations. Clients who work with me are often experiencing barriers to important life goals such as having strong relationships, achieving professional success, and living authentically. I commit to using all of my skills, experience and best self to help you remove these barriers and reach your goals.
I have been a psychotherapist for over 15 years. My approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Self-Compassion and CBT. I ran Mindfulness groups for several years. Over the years I have found IFS to be the most effective and efficient method of transforming self-defeating patterns. I am happy to discuss whether it is right for you.
