For over 6 years I’ve had the privilege to walk alongside people’s lives, explore and process challenging emotions together, and provide support through life’s storms. My approach focuses on being person/child centered, strengths based, and meeting you at where you are at. I may often draw from modalities such as CBT, Polyvagal Theory, Music, and Art.
My personal journey of being in therapy over the years, immigrating to Canada at the age of 8 from Seoul, having to adapt to a new culture, and growing up in a large family has shaped me to become the therapist I am today.
