ADHD Group Counselling for Students

Full day sessions are being offered during the month of August - Tuesday, Aug. 15th for high school students (including those who have just graduated) and Tuesday, Aug. 22nd for junior high students. Support and strategies are offered related to learning, attention, friendships, emotional regulation, and more. Confidence and emotional well-being can grow tremendously as teens come to better understand and manage their own experiences with ADHD. Group counselling is a great way to help your child feel more supported. Materials will be sent home at the end of the session to allow parents a window into what their child learned.
