I have 4+ years working with individuals with substance use, either actively in their use, in their recovery, or with their family members. I enjoy working with a variety of issues ranging from addiction, self-esteem issues, grief, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and perfectionism.
Working from a client-centred approach, I integrate strategies from various evidence-based therapeutic frameworks in order to offer individualized care, best suited to my client’s needs and identified treatment goals. These include, but aren't limited to Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Therapy.
