Relational Somatic Psychotherapy (RSP) utilizes traditional talk therapy in combination with embodied practices to support transformative healing.
Drawing from trauma renegotiation work, attachment theory, and current neuroscience, RSP is designed to help regulate the nervous system, foster insight, and promote deep and lasting integration of the healing that takes place.
