I use a variety of approaches in my clinical practice, including Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Brainspotting, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am deeply committed to finding an approach that is best suited to your unique goals and needs.
