At times life can be overwhelming with stressors from family, work, relationships and personal issues coming up to interfere with our present contentment and peace. I work with a variety of issues across the lifespan from new moms and parenting support to child and family therapy, life transitions, separation and divorce, couple therapy, sex therapy as well as individuals dealing with depression, anxiety and relationship strife.
