I work with individuals, couples, families, and kin to support a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, emotional processing and regulation, identity, relationships, life transitions, infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum, parenting, and shame. We will work together to identify your patterns of thought, feeling, and behaviour to build self-awareness and self-compassion, with a focus on your strengths and the hopes you have for therapy. My work is trauma-informed, aiming to meet you where you are at with safe support throughout your process.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to offer a conversational, compassionate, and collaborative space for you to reflect and feel your way through what you are experiencing in the present, how it might relate to experiences in your past, and how you want to build your life and relationships in the future to best serve your authentic self.
Above all, I strive to create an anti-oppressive practice welcoming of all clients, and aware of the impacts of systemic oppression on mental health and wellness. Please feel free to reach out to schedule a brief complimentary phone consultation or to book a session. I look forward to hearing from you.
