I bring curiosity and calm energy to my work. I will offer guidance, companionship and care and direction. I have worked with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, relationship and attachment issues, trauma & PTSD. I also have experience with families impacted by dementia, members of law enforcement and individuals who have been incarcerated. We might be a good fit if; you want to heal old wounds, have experienced a significant loss, or are not satisfied with your relationships. If you are feeling stuck, struggling to manage emotions, or want to better understand yourself, I can help.
I have a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association for Clinical Counsellors. I have further training in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing for the treatment of phobias, trauma and anxiety.
