My goal is to provide you the safe space, security and professional expertise to work through and strengthen your sense of self and positive well-being. I work with children, youth, adults and families. In addition, I specialize in working with individuals and families that have experienced pregnancy and infant loss.
I work from a place of genuine curiosity. Things are often not as they appear and my role is to help you to uncover, analyze and challenge what is standing in your way. I offer both talk and non-verbal therapy using EMDR therapy. I also offer solution focused and trauma-informed CBT to assist you in designing coping and helpful behaviours tailored to you.
