I am here for individuals, couples, relationships (of any variety), and families. I provide sexuality and sex therapy for individuals and relationships to rebuild intimacy and connection. I can also help you work through difficulties dealing with stress, self-esteem, self-worth, sexual trauma, depression, and anxiety. I do not provide touch therapy.

Nov 27th, 2022. Group will be up to 8 people, masks provided and required All identities, sexual orientations, and relationship statuses welcome. This is a LGBTQ2S+ welcoming, safe, and affirming space. Participants will: See and learn about different types of toys and personal lubricants, learn about proper care, safety, and hygiene, explore how to communicate to partners about incorporating toys, ask questions and have discussion Cost of this workshop is $60 (including GST) Snacks and beverages provided.
