Sara provides client-centered counselling services for children, youth, adults, and couples. Sara’s main orientation of practice is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
Sara uses evidence-based, effective therapy to address, manage and heal issues. Her goal is to assist Clients to start living their lives the way they imagine. Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, bi-polar, relationship reconciliation, life stages, self-harm, self-esteem, divorce, trust, anger, and stress, Sara can help with your healing and growth.
Sara has a Masters in Social work and is registered with the BCCSW and the BCASW. By discovering and understanding your foundation of beliefs and values, we can work towards healing the wounds of the past to change your current situation.
