My background in Counselling, Yoga and nervous system regulation gives me a varied approach to support you. I have an innate ability to connect with empathy in a kind, direct and funny manner. I use evidence based practices including CBT, mindfulness, breathwork, Emotion Focused Therapy and nervous system regulation along with other tools to support you.
My goal as your counsellor is to be a compassionate witness to your experiences and lead with curiosity. To be your champion when you are feeling unable to navigate certain challenges in your life alone. My intention is to make you feel heard, understood and supported.
