Most of my clients struggle with Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and/or Depression. Often times, their day-to-day activities suffer due to the implications of these challenges. I've lived with OCD for over 27 years. I understand the difficulties of Anxiety, Depression, and OCD. As a Coach, I help my clients work through their journey of managing their symptoms and minimizing the impact of Anxiety, Depression, or OCD through CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) - one of the most successful treatment modality.
