These experiences are common for many of us, and can be an important indicator that we need a safe and supportive space to process difficult circumstances or heal from trauma. Every person has inner resources and gifts to help them heal and find balance. My goal is to compassionately support you in understanding patterns that have you feeling stuck and to explore your inner world.
I have a Masters in Spiritual Care & Psychotherapy, and specialize in working with the 2SLGTQI+ community; with women who are healing from trauma; and with neurodiverse people. I work with a variety of modalities including EMDR, Narrative Therapy, DBT, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I have extensive training in transgender health care.
I look to connect with you from a place of empathy, non-judgement, and compassion. Together, my clients and I work through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, stress management, relationship issues, and other life experiences.
