My approach to therapy is strength-based, culturally inclusive, and trauma-focused. I believe in collaborative, transparent, anti-racist and anti-oppressive care.
Through psychodynamic therapy we will explore your inner thoughts/feelings to identify patterns that are currently influencing your behaviour. Together we will create goals to shift these patterns. I am also well-versed in various therapeutic modalities such as Narrative Therapy, CBT, Inner-Child Work, and Internal family systems.
I strongly believe that no one should experience pain alone and that we all need support as we navigate life and healing. I see people for who they are and not the problems they choose to discuss. I am committed to anti-oppressive and anti-racist therapy and strive to create a safe space, free of judgement, where you can express all facets of your identity.
