Welcome. I am delighted that you are here. I provide in-person therapy in a stylish, comfortable office in downtown Burlington and virtual therapy across Ontario. Seeking therapy and change is an act of courage. Life can feel overwhelming and include past and current experiences that may seem insurmountable. I specialize in working with adults ages 18 to 120 navigating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder; Social, Generalized and Health Anxiety; Perfectionism; Trauma and PTSD; Psychosis; and Alcohol and Drug Use concerns. Facilitating safety, trust and compassion in the therapeutic relationship is my top priority.
In striving toward the changes you seek, I combine evidence-based approaches like cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and cognitive processing therapy together with your wisdom and expertise. In a warm, confidential therapeutic space free of judgement we explore perspectives and responses worth keeping and those ready for release.
