Really looking to speak to someone ? I get that. You might even have thought about it longer than you intended, reaching out to a therapist. I'm glad you're feeling ready to explore why you've been feeling the way you have lately. And hopefully, I can be a companion to you in your healing journey. As a Certified Canadian Counsellor, I have provided counseling services for over ten years to challenges like depression, anxiety, grief, self esteem, procrastination, lack of motivation, work stress, relationship issues and life transitions.
I also love to offer a space to discuss deeper existential questions, to discuss any hurt that would have occurred in faith-based communities, to provide support through postpartum depression, or to get at the bottom of persistent negative patterns. I provide affordable therapy to assure that each session will not be a financial hurdle.
I offer services in English or in French, remotely (phone or video sessions only) and I can provide client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and/or cognitive behavioral therapy.
