I work with the young adults and adults from all backgrounds who may be going through stress, relationship issues, parenting concerns, anxiety, depression, frustration, anger, irritability, low mood, emotional disturbance, weight loss, women’s health issues, career guidance, behaviour issues, coping skills, life transitions, and self-esteem issues.
