I work with couples and individuals (adults, adolescents) who struggle with communication, trust in the relationship, infidelity, parenting neuro-divergent children, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and anger management, to name a few. Many people feel overwhelmed and stressed by life’s challenges and the demands of balancing life and work. I can help you develop problem-solving skills and prioritize your problems so that you can better manage them. If you have found it challenging to connect after a few years or many years of marriage due to infidelity or due to trauma (miscarriage), I can help you.
I also help couples build up their communication skills during conflict to express themselves respectfully and effectively to resolve issues! I use the Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) approach, which effectively enhances connection and communication. I work with couples in the pre-marital stage, newlyweds, those with a newborn on the way, and new parents.
I also specialize in individual counselling for people who want to work on themselves. If you face life transitions, consistent stress at home or work, or feeling low or anxious, I am here to help.
