Grounded in empathy and compassion, I work with a client-centred approach, striving to help individuals embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, seeking to understand themselves more deeply and overcome personal challenges. I have worked with individuals from various backgrounds, creating an environment where each person feels seen, heard, and supported while also cultivating a trauma informed approach. I provide an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy, tailoring therapeutic methods to the needs of the individual.
My aim is to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence while discovering inner strengths. My therapeutic areas of interest include but are not limited to, adults who experience anxiety, depression, anger management, substance abuse recovery, personal conflicts, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and stress.
I want to encourage individuals to place their trust in the therapeutic journey. By offering validation, deep understanding, and gentle challenges, my aim is to enhance people's overall well-being. I value the opportunity to provide support to those who may find themselves lacking it in their lives.
