I help individuals and couples navigate challenges with well-being including stress, worry, burnout, life changes, perinatal stages, mental health, trauma and addictions.
Everyone has unique needs, struggles and ways that they live their lives. I can work with you to address your concerns through the therapeutic modalities that are best suited for you. I work with clients through video and phone, so you can access counselling/psychotherapy wherever and however is most convenient and comfortable for you.
Flexibility in approach and delivery methods ensure therapy is tailored to your goals and needs. I understand that therapy is not a one size fits all approach and want to support you through this chapter of your life.
