I work with young people (ages 5-24) who may be experiencing added stress, worry, and difficulty regulating their emotions during these uncertain times. They may need a safe and supportive environment to process any challenges that they're facing. I take care to provide a warm, empathetic and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment. I believe that finding the right fit for your child is important. I will work collaboratively to help your child build on their natural strengths and guide them in learning effective strategies. I'm a Registered Psychologist with a Masters in School/Applied Child Psychology. I specialize in working with young people (ages 5-24) experiencing a variety of challenges: anxiety, depression, ADHD, developmental disorders, learning difficulties, and emotional and behavioural difficulties. My role is to work with and provide support to youth and parents.
I provide a safe and trusting environment, using an integrative approach that best fits the clients needs. I draw from CBT, ACT, Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS), and a play based approach . I am happy to offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to ensure I am the best fit for you.
