I'm providing an open and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to share their experiences in a way that promotes wellness. As a therapist, meeting people exactly where they are and providing support in their journey is a role I cherish. I have worked with individuals from all walks of life from single parents to first responders.
I support individuals and couples throughout life's journey from young adulthood entering new roles in life, pre-pregnancy to parenthood and beyond, to collaboratively work together in seeking sustainable and healthier outcomes for overall wellbeing. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, pregnancy, parenthood and fertility journeys.
