Hello! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) practicing at Helping to Reconnect Counselling Services in Mississauga and Canoe Therapy in Oakville. I work predominantly with children, adolescents and young adults. However, I also work with adults presenting difficulties with life transitions, anxiety and grief and perfectionism. I strongly believe that a holistic approach that incorporates each individuals biopsychosocial history is best when determining problem areas and setting goals for therapy.
I utilize an integrative and personalized approach when working with clients to promote self-reflection, learning and growth. I often incorporate Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural (DBT) , Narrative, Emotion-focused and Solution-focused techniques into session.
