Paired with your other support systems and circle of care, our time together will be an important part of helping facilitate your journey of self discovery and healing.

I am a heart led and compassionate therapist who utilizes skills primarily from person-centered therapy. I also bring in other modalities such as but not limited to somatics, CBT, narrative therapy, and solution focused therapy where appropriate. I recognize each client as a unique individual and tailor my skills to meet clients where they are at.
