Healing is rarely a steady slope and predictable process, yet I hold hope that everyone has the resources to work towards experiencing freedom even in deep pits of pain. I've witnessed that the relationships we have with ourselves, others and God are powerfully impactful. Our relationships with others are often the site of our deepest hurt. However, it's also safe relationships where you can show up without shame, that create space where we experience healing. I hope to help others discover their strengths and find beauty in what feels like life’s ashes. So what happens when you walk into my office?
My goal is to create a warm, empathic space for you to show up as you are. With this safety, we can begin to explore and address patterns, worries, challenges, and life transitions apart of your story. I am committed to bringing my full self as an anchor to walk with you in your journey of understanding yourself, God, and your experiences.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults. Clinically my therapeutic approach is experiential, emotion-focused, and attachment oriented. I take a collaborative and holistic approach toward growth and healing to integrate emotions, thoughts, body, behaviours, and spirit.
