I believe therapy is a collaborative process, where we can work together to build insight, self awareness and skills.
For the past 29 years I've had the privilege of working with individuals and families in a variety of settings who were dealing with addiction, trauma and mental health issues. I have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Bereavement Counselling.
