Please contact me if you would like to be placed on my waitlist. Available for virtual sessions for residents of Alberta and in person sessions in NW Calgary. I am passionate about providing effective therapy to people who want to heal from complex trauma or mood concerns, people with ADHD and Autistic individuals, and/or members of the LGBTQQ2 community. I work with adults.
I am trained in Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Phase Based Trauma Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness counselling. I specialize in treating trauma. I have my masters in clinical social work and I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker.
