My approach to treatment is rooted in a foundation of brainspotting, art therapy, and contemplative practice. Emphasizing a trauma-informed, attachment-focused, strengths-based, client-centered style of care, I like to involve harm reduction principles when appropriate. I am a big believer in the wisdom of the mind, body, and spirit.
