Does the idea of counselling seem uncomfortable? Life brings challenges that are difficult to face alone, but they can be hard to talk about. My areas of interest and experience includes working with individuals and couples, particularly teens and young adults, supporting them as they navigate anger, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship challenges. For several years I have worked with those entering adulthood as they discern what is important to them.
