Are you feeling stuck, disconnected from yourself, or struggling to feel comfortable with others? Maybe you're looking to strengthen your emotional regulation skills, release a harsh inner critic, improve tough relationship dynamics, or generally find more ease in life. With clinical expertise in holistic health, personality psychology, and traumatic stress, I bring a gentle, compassionate, and nonjudgemental approach. Common areas I work with are perfectionism, anxiety, relationships, trauma, self-worth, and highly sensitive folx.
My work is relational and somatically informed. Working from a trauma-focused and anti-oppressive approach, we will build a safe, trusting relationship and explore your concerns at your own pace. Using evidence-based tools such as IFS, EMDR, attachment and polyvagal theory, we will hold and tend to the important stories of your past and present.
Whatever brings you here, know that you are not alone and it is possible to feel like your best, most authentic self. I believe we all have the capacity to heal, transform and flourish. "True healing is not about erasing the past; it is about integrating it into our present lives in a way that empowers us to move forward." - Tara Brach
