Safe Haven Counselling is a place where you can truly be yourself because we accept you for exactly who you are :) We aim to create a safe therapeutic space where you can express yourself and your emotions, go at your own pace all while working in true collaboration with your therapist.
Safe Haven Counselling is a group of caring, experienced and highly trained therapists with a variety of backgrounds and skills. We offer both individual and couples counselling for adults and teens and specialise in offering trauma-oriented therapy including EMDR, ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems).
It can be difficult and even feel risky reaching out for your first (or even second or third) time for therapy, but each time you do, you get stronger, build insight and grow.
