System theory and psychoanalysis are ingrained in my worldview and practice, evident in my diverse clinical experience spanning Iran, the United States, and Canada. These perspectives enrich my work with individuals, couples, and families, allowing me to effectively address a wide range of challenges within diverse populations.
I earned my BA in Education and MA in Psychology-Family Therapy in Iran before pursuing my Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Virginia Tech in the United States. During my doctoral studies, I completed an internship at Indiana University-School of Medicine as a Behavioral Science Doctoral Intern and Visiting Lecturer. In 2018, my family and I relocated.
