Through a compassionate and highly personalized approach, I can help you restore balance in your life. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor dedicated to assisting people navigate the complexities of mood disorders (depression and anxiety), stress management (with a specific focus on burnout), and emotional regulation for those feeling as if they are at the mercy of their uncontrollable, fluctuating emotions.
I primarily integrate humanistic modalities in my work, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectic behavioural therapy (DBT). However, I also draw from other methodologies, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe in combining cognitive, emotional, and somatic aspects of therapy.
I aspire to equip my clients with the necessary resources and skills to navigate and overcome challenges and ultimately, build resiliency– all through a collaborative process in which clients feel heard and understood.
