I’m a trauma-informed Registered Social Worker and Expressive Arts therapist. I enjoy working with various individuals including adolescence and caregivers, adults and couples. I provide an open and creative space conducive to sitting with difficult emotions and behaviours. I work with an unconditional acceptance lens, as I feel it is important to shifting and changing unhealthy patterns and negative beliefs.
I provide therapeutic support in loss and grief, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, burnout, life transitions, neurodivergence, conflict resolution and parenting.
I have travelled and worked throughout Asia, Toronto and Saint John. These experiences have contributed to my strong values of embracing diversity, curiosity, resiliency and unconditional respect. Personally, I have navigated being a mom of four children and working in Mental Health. These experiences have given me expertise in self care and balance.
