Hi there, I’m Rupinder and I am an experienced Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC specializing in healing from grief, relieving anxiety and depression, and coping with stress. I have held various supervisory roles, including work at an Employee and Family Assistance program and as a mental health and addictions supervisor, and have been in the counselling field for many years. I speak fluent Punjabi for those wanting support in their native language and my sessions are available online for busy professionals or those wanting therapy in the comfort of their own home.
