I will support you in establishing your goals, and create an intervention plan based on your strengths to support changes.
I have over 20 years of experience working with adult and adolescent clients in clinical, medical, and mental health settings at various hospitals and clinics in the GTA. I offer psychotherapy virtually with options for sessions via video or phone.
